This tincture is very concentrated, two droppers full provide a full recommended dosis of shilajit for an adult person. The taste is strong and best taken with some water or even diluted in tea.
Use: add 2 droppers full in a small shot-glass of water, take sublingually , or add to a drink ( water, tea, coffee). If you want to evaporate the alcohol, add it to some hot water and stir for a few minutes before drinking.
