Products

All products are created with care and intention, often in small batches. Because of this, slight variations may occur — this is part of their natural and handcrafted nature.

Orders

Orders are processed after payment is received. You will receive confirmation once your order has been placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.

Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via PostNL.

We aim to ship within 1–3 business days, though timing may vary due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Once shipped, delivery times are dependent on the postal service.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products (e.g. personal, consumable, or energetically crafted items), returns may not always be possible.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us and we will find a suitable solution.

If applicable under EU law, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the product falls under legal exceptions (such as custom-made or sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).

Liability

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services once the package has been shipped.
